At Big Brisket Barbecue, we believe that great barbecue smoked beef brisket starts with great ingredients. That's why we source only the best quality meats, locally whenever possible, and use fresh, natural ingredients in our rubs, sauces and sides. We also believe in the power of slow-smoking over real wood, which gives our meats their signature flavor and tenderness. We serve only on Saturdays from 11-3 or earlier if we sell out!

Big Brisket is owned by Jordan Sorrenti, a foodie who just can't retire. He loves smoked meat and especially smoked barbecue beef brisket. He's owned Restaurants (Barbecue, brewery, fine dining, cafe and catering) in London Ontario, Calgary Alberta & Gabriola Island over the years. Now settled in the Comox Valley and doing what he loves, serving up great food at affordable prices.
















Each handheld comes with a side choice of ; Fries, Coleslaw or House Beans
Chopped Brisket is served on a tasty bun with our house slaw and and your choice of side dish.
Slighty more Brisket, sliced, served on a Hoagie with cheese, onions & house pickles with your choice of side dish and a side of our house gravy for dipping.
One Smash patty, cheese, onion, pickles, tomato, lettuce with sauce AND a slice of BRISKET.
Our own recipe of ground beef & pork with house seasonings, cheese, onion, pickles, tomato & lettuce served with your choice of a side dish.
2 Patties with Cheese, our own recipe of ground beef & pork with house seasonings, cheese, onion, pickles, tomato & lettuce served with your choice of a side dish.
Pulled & seasoned smoked Pork is served on a tasty bun with our house slaw, pickles and side dish.
Order our Brisket sliced by the ounce. If you need more than 2 pounds, give us a call before Friday at 5, we'll put more meat on the smoker!
Fresh Brisket is sliced to order and priced by the ounce. Approximately 5-6 slices per pound.
Our Pulled Pork is smoked and slow roasted, chopped and seasoned.
Fresh Pulled Pork is priced by the ounce. Adult portion approximately 5-6 ounces.
Our Poutines are served with crispy fries, Canadian cheese curds and our simmered house gravy.

If we don't sell out our fresh Brisket , we slice, then vacuum seal for freshness. You can immerse the bag (sous vide) in water brought to a boil.
Average 1 LB (15-17 ounces) Subject to availability.
Bite sized Brisket vacuum sealed in 1/2 Lb packages, ideal for soups, chili or just snacking! Subject to availability.
