We smoke every Friday and for service on the Saturday. If you have your own Meats and would like us to smoke for you let us know and if we have space we can accommodate you we will. Please note that for optimum quality Briskets should be a minimum of 13 lbs to a maximum of 17 lbs. Pickup on the Saturday. Pricing quoted based on products and quantity.
